Much of our time is spent helping clients obtain capital to fund internal growth, debt reduction and acquisitions. We begin with a comprehensive inventory of a client’s operating and strategic goals, and, then, use those goals to design an optimal capital structure. That structure takes into account the intended purpose of any new financing and relevant time constraints.
We work closely with clients to help them prepare and present themselves to the financial community. We coordinate the preparation of financial marketing materials and devise the accompanying financial marketing plan. The latter is done in conjunction with the client’s executive management team, attorneys, accountants and investor relations representatives.
