Cathy Ross – Principal |

|
Cathy Ross is a structuring expert, and liaison with the broker dealer community. As one of the few women who have ever been on the “IPO desk” of a middle tier investment banking firm, she gives Oasis Capital a unique insight into the workings of the public markets. As a woman pioneer, she also gives the firm immediate credibility with women entrepreneurs who see in her a kindred spirit. Prior to starting the firm in 1998, she held senior positions in both the Corporate Finance and the Research Departments at Commonwealth Associates, with a particular focus on technology companies with market capitalizations of less than $250 million. Ms. Ross joined Commonwealth from prior positions as a manager at Ocwen Financial (a merchant bank with over $1 billion under management) and a senior credit analyst in the Corporate Finance Department of the Chase Manhattan Bank.
